Stay outside the centre and shuttle in. Hotels in the Old Town sell out and cost a premium. Base your group in surrounding areas and let us run timed shuttles to the Royal Mile and venue clusters.
Book venue drop-offs with timing in mind. The High Street closes to traffic during peak Fringe hours. We'll plan drop-off points a short walk from your venue and pick a window that avoids the worst congestion.
Keep one vehicle on call. A dedicated minibus for the day means your group can come and go between shows, grab dinner, and head back to the hotel without rebooking each time.
Plan the late-night return. Fringe nights run late. We'll hold a driver for the last run back so no one's stranded after the final show.
